Independent lease extension surveyors
If you’re extending your lease, you’ll need a valuation carried out by an independent surveyor. This helps make sure the process is fair and based on an accurate assessment of your home.

Important to know
All fees include VAT.
Valuations are valid for six months.
If you're a 100% leaseholder and choose the formal route (using a Section 42 Notice)
Only surveyors from our approved panel can be used for formal lease extensions.
The valuation will cost up to £1,080 (inclusive of VAT).
If your surveyor needs to negotiate with our surveyor on your behalf, there may be additional fees.
In some cases, a desktop valuation may be offered after an initial inspection of your home.
