When contacting a surveyor, please:
- quote your L&Q reference number
- confirm whether your valuation is for a resale or staircasing
- if emailing, use this format: LQ-[tenancy reference]-resale or LQ-[tenancy reference]-staircasing
Using this reference ensures you’ll receive the agreed fees.
