London Living Rent (LLR)

London Living Rent is designed for people currently renting and wanting to get onto the property ladder but cannot afford to do so yet – either through shared ownership or on the open market.

Rent to Buy (RtB)

Rent to Buy is a government scheme to help people transition from renters to homeowners. Rents are set at 80% of market value to help put your savings on the rent towards a deposit to purchase your first home.

Intermediate Market Rent (IMR)

Intermediate Market Rent is designed for people who may not be able to buy their homes yet.

Allowing people to rent at a 20% reduction on the market rate gives you more opportunity to save towards purchasing in the future.

It's no small admission to say that our success as a landlord is due in part to the strength of our team here at L&Q.

We've cultivated our Lettings team over the years by bringing on board some of the industry's most qualified and experienced people and developing them in-house so they can meet our high customer service standards.

But more goes into managing our homes than just the customer-facing elements. We need to make sure all our homes are kept in the best possible condition for incoming tenants, which is where our top-class Maintenance team comes into the picture.

This in-house capability allows us to respond to incidents quickly and decisively without relying on third-party support.

We'll also allocate a Property Manager to your home to make sure you have access to a fully manned support network.
